  • If you're in search of a therapist who will simply let you talk without any push for growth, Beth might not be the right fit. However, if you're eager to grow personally, spiritually, professionally, and within your relationships, Beth is the therapist you need. I've had the incredible privilege of working with Beth since 2020, and over these years, I've experienced profound growth in every aspect of my life. Beth's unwavering dedication, her compassionate heart, and her "get in the boat with you" philosophy have provided me with the assurance that she's with me every step of the way. Initially, my drive to seek counseling was unrelated to my family of origin(FOO). Truth be told, I wasn't even inclined to delve into that area. But eventually, our focus naturally shifted toward FOO work, and through this process, I've come to understand and accept my role within my family. Beth has equipped me with a wealth of resources and skills that enable me to navigate and cope with whatever life throws at me. Her guidance has been nothing short of transformative.

Beth has been instrumental in helping me identify the roles I unconsciously took on within my family and how they shaped my beliefs, behaviors, and relationships. Through her thoughtful guidance, I’ve been able to untangle those patterns, freeing myself to choose who I want to be today. The process has been nothing short of transformative. I now feel clearer, more confident, and genuinely connected to my true self. This clarity has not only deepened my enjoyment of life but has also allowed me to honor my desires and chart my own path forward. • For those who want to do therapy with Beth.

I really appreciate that Beth counsels from a Christian foundation. She reminded me many times that Jesus didn't want me in a bad marriage, even though the Catholic Church teaches about marriage as a sacrament meant to be for life. In addition, Beth was curious about my family and got to know the family systems that were established for me growing up. She helped me realize that my parents operated from survival brains from the war, and they raised anxious, avoidant kids, people pleasers. Being a people pleaser in a conservative family, I could never get a divorce or even talk about it with my parents.

With Beth's help. I am unlearning and recognizing behavior patterns that I needed to survive the abusive relationship. I am unlearning the stress response now that I have become aware of it after leaving the marriage. I will be reconciling for the next 1–2 years and will not be dating until I know who I am. Beth encouraged waiting and not being in a hurry to meet someone.

Beth had me do an exercise that helped me come to terms with my wounded self, my sad part, from a traumatic event during the marriage. My wounded partner and I had a meeting, integrating ourselves and inviting all feelings and perceptions. The wounded part had something to tell me, what it was like for me at that time. I gained perspective and was able to forgive myself and let go of the trauma, a big gift.

Beth has an interesting perspective about women being raised in a patriarchal system. Divorce is often due to the hard hearts of men, kicking women to the side of the road. In a patriarchal system, women get stepped on all the time. This is good information to cling to as I go out into the world as a free woman, charting a new course and new life for myself.

    Thank you, Beth!

  • Beth truly helped change my life. I was in an abusive marriage in every way. She helped me see how toxic the marriage I was in was. She helped me see that I needed to stand up for myself and for my children. She helped me see my value again. She helped me find my voice. She helped me see how deeply loved I am by God. I felt validated and supported and cared for and heard and loved in ways I have rarely experienced, and she did it all with grace and knowledge and a deep level of compassion. With her help, I was able to get strong enough to end my marriage and experience true healing over the last few years and be the mother my children need and the mother and woman I desire to be. She cares so deeply for women and helps them come home to themselves and to Jesus. If you're looking to get uncomfortable in the best way and stand in the truth and truly make positive changes in your life, Beth is the best therapist to help you do that. It's an honor to know her and to have had her walk alongside me in healing.
